# Copy text portions as HTML, RTF or TXT

> With Bear you can copy portions of your notes as HTML, Markdown, Plain Text, and Rich text. This is particularly suggested when you have to work with other apps.

Sometimes, you might want to copy just part of a note as Rich Text, Plain Text, HTML, or Markdown. 

## Mac

Select a portion of text, then right-click on it. Move to the `Copy As` menu and pick from the options there.

## iOS 

Select a portion of text, then choose `Copy As` from the selection menu that appears.

## Note

The HTML option, and other full-note export options, are available only to [Bear Pro][1] users. Exporting part of a note as RTF is not available on iOS.
